Terms of sale

All prices are in Australian dollars. Standard delivery within Australia is free.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every photo and artwork you upload. We may refuse designs that are unlawful, offensive or infringe someone else's rights, and refund you in full.

Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed case.

Every case is made to order in our Sydney workshops. Sydney orders are usually delivered within 1–2 days; delivery times elsewhere in Australia depend on Australia Post.

We only ship within Australia.

You can return a case within 30 days of delivery, and print defects are covered by our 1-year print warranty. Full details are on our Returns and Warranty pages.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms, our return policy or our warranty limits those rights.
