Self-contained DIY phone case printing kiosk

YoCaes Print Station 01

A complete production unit in one cabinet: a touchscreen for artwork setup, an integrated flatbed case printer, a UV curing stage and a stocked case magazine covering current iPhone and Galaxy shells.

  • Touchscreen artwork placement mirrors the online customizer, so the file printed is exactly the layout that was approved.
  • Blank cases are held in a closed magazine, keeping dust and fingerprints off the print surface before the run.
  • Cured directly after printing, so the ink is bonded before the case is handled.
  • A finished case leaves the station in roughly three minutes, which keeps small runs consistent.

Mobile case printer and finished-goods display unit

YoCaes Print Station 02

Our mobile printer. It runs the same print head and ink set as Station 01 but sits on castors, so production can move next to the packing bench during busy periods.

  • Identical ink set and print profile to Station 01, which keeps colour matched across both machines.
  • Lit display shelves hold reference cases we compare each new run against.
  • A second station gives us redundancy — if one unit is being serviced, orders still ship.
  • Compact footprint keeps printing, checking and packing within a few steps of each other.

Five steps, every single order

Material preparation

We pull the exact shell for your model from stock, check it for moulding marks, then wipe and de-dust the print surface.

Printing process

Your artwork is placed against the template for your exact model, so cutouts and edges land where they should. The case is jigged, printed and cured in one pass.

Quality checking

Straight off the bed we check registration against the case edges, look for banding or missed nozzles, and compare colour to our reference case.

Final inspection

The case is fitted to a device body to confirm camera cutout, button and port alignment, and checked under angled light for dust specks or scuffs.

Packaging and shipping

Approved cases are sleeved, boxed with a protective insert and labelled. Anything that fails a check is reprinted rather than shipped.

Better print accuracy

We print against per-model templates measured from the real device, and the case is held in a jig, so artwork sits identically on every unit.

Better colour quality

Both stations share one ink set and one print profile, and we keep a physical reference case per design instead of judging colour on screen.

Better finishing

Ink is cured immediately after printing, so the surface is hard before anyone handles it. That keeps edges crisp and the finish even.

Better consistency

Short in-house runs on our own equipment mean the same operator, settings and checks apply to the first case of a batch and the last.
